If the rain has you down, stop out to The Meeting Place tonight and tomorrow to enjoy upbeat and unique musical artists! Tonight at 7 PM, Douglas Adams and Merilee Ziccardi will be showcasing their unique folk music style:
Doug Adams has been singing folk songs since the 1970′s. He’s one of
many current folk revivalists performing today. Merilee Ziccardi is an
accomplished young musician just venturing onto the folk scene.
Together, they offer a rich depth of traditional storytelling thru
their blended voices and musical talents.
Tomorrow, The Samuel Evans Band will be performing, with an ecclectic style influenced by varied artists:
Sam writes the majority of his music and lyrics influenced by contemporary artist from popular country music: Rascal Flatts, Phil Vassar and Tim McGraw. Sam is joined by band-mates Joshua Vasquez, Cody Shaw and James Evans to bring their blend of southern-fried worship and contemporary Christian.
The Samuel Evans Band wants to share their love and passion through song and testimony for the Christian life with their audience, in hopes that everyone will one day develop their own relationship with Him.
So don’t let the gray weather get you down! Stop on out, enjoy a specialty drink (perhaps something from our Chocolate Celebration menu!) and listen to some exciting performers!
